Refund policy

You matter to us. We want to give you the best possible service.

You bought a product we selected, so we are here to help you solve any problem. Before taking any action, please contact us: we will find the simplest and fastest solution for you.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from delivery to tell us that you want to return a product, without giving any reason. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to send it back.

The product must be returned complete with accessories, instructions and original packaging. You may open and inspect it as you would in a shop; if it has been used beyond this, we may deduct the loss in value from the refund.

The right of withdrawal applies to the whole product, not to individual parts or accessories. It does not apply to purchases made with a VAT number.

Return costs

Return shipping is at your expense and the parcel travels at your risk until we receive it. We recommend a tracked service.

Refund

When we receive and check the return, we will email you to confirm it. We refund the price of the product and the shipping costs of the original order within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the parcel or proof that it has been sent.

Defective, damaged or incorrect products

If the product is defective, damaged in transit or different from what you ordered, contact us immediately: the costs are on us and we will replace or refund it.

How to return a product

1. Write to info@forestitalia.com with your order number and the product you want to return.
2. Send the parcel to: Forest Italia Srl, Via C. Battisti 7, 37122 Verona, Italy, with a sheet of paper showing your order number.
