The PRO Fillet 22 cm knife has a long, straight blade suitable for experienced hands.
EKA® boning and filleting knives are available with blades of different shapes, lengths, and flexibility. They are ergonomically designed for separating skin from bones and pin bones and filleting, and are used by professionals, families, hunters, and fishermen.
The PRO Fillet Series is available with 13, 18, and 22 cm blades with a semi-flexible, long, and thin shape to maximize cutting length. The blade length depends not only on the application but also on the type of cut desired. A larger fish requires a longer blade.
THE PRO FILLET 22 CM HAS A LONG AND STRAIGHT BLADE
The EKA Pro Fillet kitchen knife series is made of German 12C27 stainless steel with a hardness of 58 HRC.

The steel used by EKA is produced in Sweden by the Sandvik steel company, which specializes in the production of high-quality steel. The main characteristic of the blade is its long-lasting edge.
The handles of the Pro Fillet series are all made of Santoprene, a hygienically approved material worldwide known for its secure grip properties in stressful conditions.
EKA® Butcher series filleting knives are available with orange handles as standard, but can be produced in different colors for different areas or uses. Contact us for more information.
