PRO CARE AND MAINTENANCE
All of our EKA PRO Series knives and butchering set are made from high-quality Swedish steel and designed to be durable and reliable over time. With proper care and regular maintenance you can ensure reliable tools that will last a long time. Our blades are incredibly sharp, so handle with care when cleaning. We recommend oiling the blade regularly for added protection from corrosion.
The knife is dishwasher safe, but we always recommend washing by hand, because the dishwasher ruins any blade over time.
For sharpening, use the EKA steel because it is made with the same hardness as knife steel and therefore does not ruin the blade.
To protect your knife and blade from damage, we recommend storing them on a magnetic bar or in a knife block.
