The PRO Butcher 26 cm wide blade (WB) is the largest butcher knife in the EKA Butcher PRO series, designed for catering and large kitchens.

The robust and very wide blade is ideal for those who process large quantities of meat and vegetables every day. Despite its length, the knife remains easy to handle because it is very light and balanced. Easy to sharpen and wash.

It is the butcher knife for those who want maximum cutting power: professional chefs, butchers, and hunters processing whole carcasses.

The blade is made of Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel, with excellent edge retention. The handle is made of Santoprene™, a material approved for food contact and known for a secure grip even with wet or greasy hands.

The wide-blade Butcher knives in the PRO series are also available in 15, 18, 20, and 24 cm.

Sandvik 12C27 steel

12C27 is the Swedish steel used for most EKA knives, now produced by Alleima (formerly Sandvik). Hardened to 57–59 HRC, it is razor-sharp, corrosion-resistant, and easy to resharpen.
