REINFORCED 16CM FILLET AND BONING KNIFE
Fillet and boning knife, EKA's best-selling butchering knife, specifically designed for tasks requiring maximum flexibility and precision. The reinforcement at the base between the handle and blade is fundamental and makes this tool unique.
The very thin blade profile allows it to perfectly follow the profile of the wild boar's femur or shoulder, achieving a precise cut even in the narrowest and thinnest parts. The 16cm blade allows for ease of movement, ideal for those new to butchering. A precise all-rounder.
The sharpening and the use of Sandvik steel make the knife extremely precise, ideal not only for boning but also for fine work on delicate and valuable cuts.
GUT OPENER OR SKINNING KNIFE

SKINNING KNIFE
Knife with a curved profile, specifically for skinning wild boar.
