For professionals

The PRO Chef 23 cm is the largest chef's knife in the EKA Butcher PRO series: a sharp, wide blade suitable for expert hands.

Those who use it in the kitchen particularly appreciate its lightness and ease of handling, despite the substantial blade. It is designed for those who process meat for many hours a day: butchers, chefs, and hunters who process game themselves.

The blade is made of Sandvik 12C27 Swedish steel, hardened to 57–59 HRC: it retains its edge for a long time and is easy to resharpen. The orange handle is made of Santoprene™, a soft, high-grip, food-safe material known for providing a secure grip even with wet or greasy hands.

Like all EKA knives, it is manufactured in Sweden. 10-year warranty.

For more agile tasks, the 20 cm version is also available.
