The ultra-ergonomic skinning knife
The 16 cm skinning knife has a very particular design; the blade has a curvature designed for comfortable work with the hand and to relieve wrist fatigue.
Suitable for demanding butchering, perfect for skinning without tiring the arm. The blade has the right bend to perform the first phase of butchering, allowing the skin to be separated from the muscles nimbly and without damaging the meat.
Soft and non-slip handle made of Santoprene™, a globally hygienically approved material tested for a secure grip in professional use conditions.
Ideal for those already familiar with butchering, it guarantees fast and precise work.
The PRO Skinning 16cm knife is included in the Wild Boar Butchering Set.
