The Ragnar trousers are made from 96% nylon and 4% spandex, a blend that makes them soft and stretchy.
They have no membrane, but are treated with DWR (Durable Water Repellent). This makes the trousers water-repellent and stain-resistant, because water beads on the surface of the fabric and runs off or evaporates instead of soaking in.
The trousers feature ventilation zips on the back of the thighs and on the legs, with mesh-lined vents to stop anything unwanted getting in when the zips are open. The Ragnar trousers have two front pockets. The two thigh pockets have zips to keep the contents secure during intense activity. The right thigh pocket contains a cartridge holder.
They are reinforced with extra-tough fabric at the ankles, with an adjustment strap with press studs for a close fit.
They also have adjustment straps behind the knees and a D-ring on the left of the waistband for attaching various items of kit.
