For bank transfer payments, delivery times are extended by the time required to process the payment.

Upon delivery, check that the number of parcels and the packaging are intact. If damaged, write "Accepted with reservation" on the courier's document, specifying the issue.
If the parcel is not collected within 5 business days, it will be returned to our warehouse. Contact us to arrange a new shipment.
