The ergonomic handles with soft grip, made of Santoprene™, a globally hygienically approved non-slip material, ensure a secure grip even in difficult conditions, as the material does not absorb grease.
The sealing between the blade and handle is very important.
The blade is made of high-quality Swedish 59HRC steel, robust and incredibly lightweight, approved and carefully selected by EKA1882, and offers excellent stain resistance with long-lasting edge retention.
