You purchased a product handpicked by us — we're here to resolve any issue. We know your rights and we respect them.
Return conditions
Within 14 days
from the delivery date. After this period, a return can no longer be initiated.
Complete product
with accessories, instructions and original packaging. You can open and inspect it as you would in a shop.
Proof of purchase
receipt or order confirmation required to complete the return process.
Shipping costs
return shipping is at your expense. We also refund the shipping costs of the original order.
⛔ When the right of withdrawal does not apply
Requests made more than 14 days after delivery and purchases made with a VAT number. The right of withdrawal applies to the whole product, not to individual parts or accessories. If the product has been used beyond simple inspection, we may deduct the loss in value from the refund.
Refunds
Receipt and inspection
Once we receive the return, we will inspect the product and send you a confirmation email.
Request evaluation
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund based on the condition of the returned product.
Refund issuance
We refund the product price and the shipping costs of the original order within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

We replace free of charge any items that are defective or damaged during shipping — shipping costs are on us.

How to start a return
Let us know within 14 days of delivery; from then you have another 14 days to send the product back.
Prepare the product complete with accessories, instructions and original packaging.
Write to us before shipping: include your order number, the product to return and the reason. We will reply with a confirmation and shipping instructions.

Keep your shipping receipt. In case of loss or non-delivery by the courier, we will not be able to process the refund.
