PERFECT FOR CLEANING IN THE FIELD
The fillet knife is a distinctive tool of EKA® knives. This little marvel is the most useful knife you can imagine!
THE IMPORTANT DIFFERENCE FROM THE EKA DUO is the size of the handle and blade. The FishBlade is much more compact and manageable. Smaller and lighter.
Practical, safe, and razor-sharp, perfect for use in the kitchen, during a fishing trip, or on a sailboat. The blade shape is optimized for filleting. The inverted gut hook allows you to open the fish's intestines and perform the filleting process smoothly and safely. The blade is made of Swedish 12C27 steel, hardened to 57-59 HRC.
The handle is made of high-quality Proflex rubber.
High visibility Lime yellow color.
