You purchased a product handpicked by us — we're here to resolve any issue. We know your rights and we respect them.
Return conditions
Within 14 days
from the delivery date. After this period, a return can no longer be initiated.
Intact product
unused, in original condition, with perfectly intact original packaging.
Proof of purchase
receipt or order confirmation required to complete the return process.
Shipping costs
return shipping is at the sender's expense. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
⛔ Non-refundable items
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, opened (if sealed), or returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be refunded.
Refunds
Receipt and inspection
Once we receive the return, we will inspect the product and send you a confirmation email.
Request evaluation
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund based on the condition of the returned product.
Refund issuance
If approved, we will agree together on the most convenient refund method for you.
Replacements
✅ When we replace the item
We replace free of charge any items that are defective or damaged during shipping — shipping costs are on us.
⚠️ Sealed items
Sealed items that have been opened after delivery cannot be replaced.

How to start a return
Check that no more than 14 days have passed since the delivery date.
Make sure the product is intact, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
Download and fill in the return form in its entirety.

Keep your shipping receipt. In case of loss or non-delivery by the courier, we will not be able to process the refund.
