Return for reconsideration and right of withdrawal. The consumer is required to return the goods within 14 days form the date of receipt. The deadline is met if the consumer returns the goods before the aforementioned deadline. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or replacement of the purchased item with another item.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, with the original packaging fully intact. To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be refunded. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender. Shipping costs are not subject to refund.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund request and, if successful, we will agree on a refund method.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. Sealed and subsequently opened items cannot be replaced.

How to start a return procedure
For a return or exchange to be authorized, it is necessary that: no more than 14 effective days have elapsed since the date of delivery; the product in question is returned undamaged, in perfect condition and with original packaging; and the return form, which can be downloaded at this link is duly filled out in its entirety and sent with the goods.
You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. In case of loss or non-delivery of the returned item by the courier, we will not process a refund. We can make mistakes too! In the event of a defective item or warehouse error, the charges are our responsibility. Friendly advice! Always verify your order.
