BEGINNING

Contessa's workshop was founded in 1974 by Stefano Contessa in Marcheno, in Valtrompia, starting from a small business that produced precision mechanical small parts. Over the years and thanks also to his sons Alessandro and Andrea, who grew up un their father's workshop, in the early 2000s Contessa developed his first line of patented optics mounts called Simple Black.

EVOLUTION

Extensive experience, constant hard work and endless hours of experimentation lead the Contessa workshop to develop into a truly globally competitive company. The attention to detail and undisputed quality that have always distinguished Contessa products have made their workmanship unique with exceptional design and mechanics.

Contessa is a constantly evolving company, always striving for perfection and always innovating. In 2017, the company moved to new premises in which new high-tech machinery is used, allowing for more efficient production that has enabled the company to achieve its current wide range of top-quality products.
