The damask blade is prone to staining caused by dirt residue and water. Stains and spots can be created if the knife is not cleaned properly. The damask blade can last a lifetime; care is essential. Stains do not affect beauty, much less use.
WASH THE DAMASK KNIFE BY HAND WITH WARM WATER AND A SPONGE.
Use a nylon brush to remove food dirt.
DRY THE KNIFE THOROUGHLY WITH A CLOTH.
