The 20 cm PRO Chef knife is the best-selling chef's knife because it features a wide, very maneuverable blade. It has a sharp blade with a large surface area that provides a lot of power and resistance. Made for use for many hours a day for those who professionally work with large cuts of meat.

The PRO Chef series is made with a blade of Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel, which offers prolonged edge retention and excellent stain resistance.

The orange handle with black finishes is soft and very grippy, made of Santoprene, a globally hygienically approved material known for its secure grip properties in stressful conditions.

Like all EKA knives, the PRO series is entirely made in Sweden.

The Pro Chef series is also available with a 23cm blade.
