From any country we ship to. Returns and size exchanges are free in Italy: we'll send you a prepaid label. Returns and refunds
Expert advice
You'll get advice from someone who knows the products, not a call centre: in Italian, German or English. We respond to emails within 12 business hours.
Official warranty
As official distributors, we handle warranties directly: 10 years on EKA knives and a 2-year statutory warranty on all other products.

Free returns in Italy in 3 steps
Write to us at shop@forestitalia.com with your order number.
Within 1 business day, you'll receive a prepaid label: attach it to your parcel and drop it off with the courier.
As soon as your parcel arrives back, we'll refund you within 14 days. If you want a different size or model, we'll send it to you free of charge.
